By accessing or using the noTrade mobile application (the "App") and services provided through the App, including but not limited to trading recommendations, educational content, chat functionality, and virtual wallet, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the App.

Eligibility

The services provided by noTrade are intended for individuals who are of legal age to engage in financial transactions in their jurisdiction. You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older to use the App and the services provided. If you are under the legal age, you must discontinue use of the App.

Service Provided

Additionally, noTrade offers access to a web platform to download the mobile app and an admin panel to manage platform content and interactions.

• Trading Recommendations: Expert insights and signals for buying and selling various cryptocurrencies.
• Educational Video Content: A library of video content on trading strategies, market analysis, and cryptocurrency trends.
• User Chat: A chat feature where users can discuss market trends, share insights, and connect with other traders.
• Virtual Wallet: A secure in-app wallet for tracking and managing cryptocurrency transactions.

Additionally, noTrade offers access to a web platform to download the mobile app and an admin panel to manage platform content and interactions.

Subscription and Payments

• The App is free to use with limited features.
• A subscription is required for access to the premium chat functionality. Users may try the premium chat feature for free for 3 days, after which a monthly subscription fee will be charged.
• Payments for subscriptions are processed through the in-app payment system and are non-refundable.

Personal Data Collection and Usage

• To provide and improve the App's services.
• To communicate relevant updates and news.
• To personalize your experience within the App.

We may collect personal data such as your name, contact information, and usage details. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

By using the App, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under the laws of France. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms of Use will be under the jurisdiction of French courts.

noTrade reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
